Shipping Information


Due to the restrictions of many state laws, we only ship wine to those states where direct shipment is permitted by law. Clothing and other merchandise can be shipped anywhere in the United States.

In addition, many states impose limitations on the amount of wine any particular adult who is a resident of that state may receive via direct shipment. To ensure that you are able to order wine and the desired quantity of it via direct shipment from our website, please consult the specific state requirements for your state below.

Please note that all orders must be placed by persons over the age of 21 years, and that age verification will be required upon receipt of your wine. No wine will be delivered to visibly intoxicated persons and any person unable to provide age verification will forfeit their right to receive the shipment until identification is produced. In such circumstances the order may either be held in storage at a local depot of the shipping company until appropriate identification is produced, or shipped back to the winery. All associated costs will be the responsibility of and be charged to the customer.

Orders require one business day for processing and any orders placed on holidays and weekends will be processed on the next following business day. If a product becomes backordered, a customer's shipment may be delayed until inventory for that wine is restocked. Due to inventory replenishments shipping from Hungary, customers may modify their order or ship it without backordered items as to ensure timely delivery.

Please note that for orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii we only offer UPS 2 Day and Priority Overnight shipping options.

Shipping Considerations:
The time of year that you buy your wine and what shipping method you use as a result is a critical decision, as it can result in potentially spoiled wines if not considered during the summer months. For most orders and situations, our wines will ship out of Sonoma, CA. Average transit times vary by location but within CA UPS Ground delivery usually occurs within 1-2 business days. In the midwest, the delivery time averages around 4 days during most parts of the year and on the east coast, Ground delivery usually takes 5-6 business days. During the Spring, Fall, and Winter when temperatures outside are mild to  cold, any shipping method is acceptable and the wine should arrive without any potential spoilage. If you ship during an extremely cold period and the wines could be exposed to sub twenty degree temperatures for a prolonged period of time due to a snowstorm, we advise that you choose UPS 2 Day or faster for the shipping method as to ensure the wines do not freeze and as a result break the bottles. Extreme cold temperatures, where wines freeze, will not affect the wines quality but it will increase the chances of the cork being pushed out of the bottle or the bottle breaking from the result of the wine expanding.

During the summertime is when we recommend customers ship wine via UPS 2 Day or faster, because even short exposures to extreme heats can lead to wines spoiling in very short periods of time. Our wines ship in styrofoam insulated boxes, but even these containers are not impervious to heat during extremely hot days. UPS semi trailers and delivery trucks can reach temperatures that exceed 120 degrees during the hotter months of the year in the Midwest and the southern United States. If you choose not to ship your wines via UPS 2 Day or faster, we cannot gaurentee that your wines will arive un-spoiled. Return Information

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If you feel that your wine may be corked or spoiled, please contact us and we will be happy to resolve your issue and send out a new bottle free of charge or refund you, whichever you prefer, so long as we agree that this is the case.
